How Invisalign works
Invisalign straightens teeth with a series of clear, removable aligners custom-molded from digital impressions of your teeth — no wires, no brackets, no food restrictions. You’ll wear each set as your teeth move step by step, with progress checks every few weeks.

Living with aligners
Success comes down to wear time: aim for at least 22 hours a day, removing trays only to eat and brush. Skip hot drinks while wearing them (heat can warp the plastic), rinse and brush the trays nightly, and always brush before popping them back in. Grind your teeth? The aligners actually shield them while you straighten.
